Event Trakker: Run Great Events and Fundraisers
Event Trakker is your full featured Event Registration tool. Allowing flexible registration options, reporting, and multiple registrations at one time. Event-managers can track registrations, hotel dates, and specific registration options. All registration data can be downloaded for use in your work-flow. And Event Trakker integrates with Member Trakker for concurrent dues payments or other membership classification checks.
Member Trakker: Be Professional on a Low Budget
Member-Trakker is your Membership Management tool. Functional actions such as mass emailing, invoicing, and data access can be segregated into subgroups. Send a reminder only to the relevant committee members. Invoice dues to separate classifications of members. Build activity reports based on demographic data. You decide the subgroups and data points that work for your business model.
The more business you do through Smart Trakker, the lower we can set our Primary Rate for online transactions. In addition, our Rebate program refunds your Event Trakker subscription fee when the expected transaction volume is reached. Smart Trakker includes Member Trakker and Event Trakker.
“Security first” is a development principle for Smart Trakker. We conform to PCI DSS and SSL standards. We also consistently examine our workflow and business rules to maximize customer data security.
The Smart Trakker Integrated Gateway utilizes Stripe’s token-based API, the Integrated Gateway allows Smart Trakker to provide back-end management and a seamless user experience without ever coming in contact with sensitive Credit Card Information. The Integrated Gateway achieves this by passing the Credit Card Information from the payer’s computer or mobile device directly to the Stripe processor.
